In the beggining of halo 3, when cortana is saying “they let me pick, did i ever tell you that?” is she reffering to noble six in halo reach? Dr hasley in the halo reach game, as she handed noble six cortana, she says “she has made her choice”. Is this what cortana is reffering to in the beggining of halo 3?

I have made some really nice maps in Halo 3’s forge, and I would like to share them on Xbox Live with everyone. I would love to play it with the entire community. I have uploaded it to the file share, but I really don’t know how to play it online drugs without a prescription with everyone. Can someone help me?
